Welcome to Written in the Sand, a breezy, updated beachfront townhouse designed for easy coastal living. Just steps from the ocean, this light-filled, multi-story home offers water views from the balconies, a relaxed open living area, and a private fenced backyard that’s perfect for grilling, unwinding by the fire pit, or letting your pup roam safely. Comfortable, walkable, and thoughtfully stocked, it’s an ideal beach escape for families and friends.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire multi-story townhouse, including the fenced backyard.
Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.
