What do I need to do to Book?
We require the primary renter to be over 25 and provide a government-issued ID. Before receiving check-in information, the primary renter must sign a Rental Agreement, which includes important rules. These rules cover City and County regulations regarding parties and noise, as well as specific house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
What if I need to cancel?
You have 24 hours to cancel without penalty. If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, you'll receive a 100% refund. If you cancel 15 days or more before check-in, you'll receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in. We strongly recommend considering the travel insurance offered at the time of booking for added peace of mind.
As with anything, it's important to be diligent when assessing a direct booking website. In our case, we also list on Airbnb and VRBO. We've been Airbnb SuperHosts since 2018 and Preferred Partners with VRBO. You're always welcome to book on their sites and pay their service fees, but booking directly with us can save you those extra costs. Rest assured, you're in good hands!
We occasionally offer early check-in as early as 2:00 pm if the house is ready, though this may require an early check-in fee. Late check-out up to 1:00 pm can sometimes be accommodated if no guests are checking in that day. Just let us know your needs, and we'll do our best to make it happen!
