Ventura Loft 38 Vacation Beach Rental

Welcome to Loft 38, a sunny, upstairs beach retreat just five houses from Pierpont Beach. With vaulted ceilings, A/C, and an easygoing coastal vibe, this second-floor loft is ideal for a weekend escape or a beachy work trip. Cook simple meals in the full kitchen, walk to tacos and coffee, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves nearby.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire second-floor loft. Please note this is an upper-level unit accessed by stairs.
Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $15 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.

Driveway: no driveway parking
Street: no street parking on Pittsfield
Please park carefully and do not bring a second vehicle. Each loft has one assigned space.

This sweet upper-floor loft is tucked into a quiet four-unit building just a short stroll from the ocean. Inside, it’s comfortable and thoughtfully stocked—perfect for guests who want a relaxed home base close to everything Pierpont has to offer.
