Welcome to Loft 32, a cozy beach retreat just five houses from the sand in vibrant Pierpont Beach, Ventura. This ground-floor loft is perfect for couples or small families who want to be close to everything—morning beach walks, sunset strolls, and easy access to local shops and restaurants. With a partial ocean view, A/C, a full kitchen, and dedicated parking, Loft 32 offers simple comfort in an unbeatable location.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private access to the entire ground-floor loft.
Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry. Your unique door code and WiFi information will be sent by email 48 hours prior to arrival, with a text reminder on the day of check-in. Please ensure your contact information is up to date and check your spam folder if you don’t see our messages.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details and local recommendations.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $15 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.

**Parking
One dedicated parking space is included with the unit. There are no extra spaces and no parking on Pittsfield.
