Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. This includes:

All 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen and living areas.
All outdoor spaces, including the rooftop deck, fenced front patio with hot tub, and private balconies.
The one-car garage.
All provided amenities and beach gear.

Interaction With Guests
We offer a seamless, self-check-in experience to give you maximum privacy and flexibility. While we are not on-site, we are dedicated to providing a 5-star stay and are readily available through the messaging platform or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit.

* **Bedroom 5:** Sleeper sofa on the ground floor with a privacy door.
There are 3.5 baths in total, all stocked with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, featuring stainless steel appliances, an induction range, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, a spice rack, and cooking basics. The dining table seats 8, with extra seating at the kitchen bar.

With vaulted ceilings, soft natural light, and comfy leather sofas, this is where everyone gathers. Enjoy the gas fireplace on cozy evenings or stream a movie on the Smart TV. Juliette balconies open up to let in the fresh ocean breeze.

"Sun-Kissed Beach Mansion | Dog-friendly +Roof deck....The house fit our needs perfectly. The accommodations were perfect for celebrating my wife's Birthday and spending time on the beach with family and friends. Access to the beach was a short walk across the street and being a dog friendly house combined with a dog friendly beach is always a huge +++. The roof deck which wasn't shown in the pics when we booked was a pleasant surprise. There is a firepit and it would appear newly added Adirondack chairs on the deck which has great views and was a great place for all to hang out.
