Sleeping Arrangements

The home sleeps comfortably with three king bedrooms and one twin bedroom, plus sleeper sofas on both levels with linens provided. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, everyone has room to spread out and relax.

Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor, plus a powder room upstairs. The upstairs bathroom includes a jetted tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Fresh towels and essential bath amenities are provided. There is no outdoor hot tub at this property.

Outdoor Living

Enjoy multiple outdoor spaces, from the rooftop deck for sunsets and evening conversations to the private patio for grilling and long meals together. Beach access is easy and close enough to come and go throughout the day.

Guest Access & Arrival

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation message and a request to sign our rental agreement. Once completed, you’ll unlock our digital Guest Portal, which includes your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and the option to request early check-in or late check-out when available.

Parking for up to four vehicles is included, with one space in the garage and two to three spaces in the driveway. Street parking is not available.

Traveling With Dogs & Kids

This is a dog-friendly home, and we provide thoughtful basics like bowls, a blanket, leash, and waste bags to make traveling with your pup easy. A $25 per dog fee applies, and dogs must be clean and on flea control. Cats are not permitted.

For families, a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and baby monitor are available upon request so you can pack lighter and settle in faster.

Located in the Silver Strand community of Oxnard, this home sits beside a peaceful public beach known for soft sand, gentle waves, and beautiful sunsets. You’re just minutes from Channel Islands Harbor, local restaurants, coffee shops, paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale-watching tours.
