Hello friends—welcome to 5 O’Clock Somewhere, a relaxed, nearly beachfront home just 50 steps from the sand. This is the kind of place where mornings start slow, beach days stretch long, and everyone naturally comes back together at sunset. With two living rooms, multiple outdoor spaces, and a rooftop deck made for golden hour, the home is designed for easy connection and laid-back coastal living. **Guest Access
Booking confirmation: After booking, you’ll receive a message to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Guest Portal: Once signed, you’ll receive access to your Guest Portal with check-in details, WiFi, local tips, and optional requests.
Entry code: Your unique entry code is released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in: May be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
Pet fee: $25 per dog, per stay. Payable through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.

**The Space
Designed for together time without feeling crowded. Two separate living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) give everyone space to unwind, while the open layout makes it easy to reconnect throughout the day. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, and thoughtful flow support everything from casual meals to movie nights after the beach.

Linens and pillows are provided so everyone can settle in comfortably.

Fresh towels and essential bath amenities provided
Please note: there is no outdoor hot tub at this property.

Multiple outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy the coastal setting—from sunset evenings on the rooftop deck to relaxed meals on the private patio. The beach is close enough to come and go throughout the day without planning or packing.
