We are a local family owned business. We take pride in our home and want you to look foward to coming back again in the future. We give you your privacy but are always a text away.

You will receive a message as soon as you book that will ask you to confirm your information and sign a Rental Agreement. From that point on, you will receive guest information by email so please check your spam if you have not received a Welcome message. You should receive a link to your Digital Guidebook within 48 hours, which has check-in information and food and activity recommendations. You will receive your entry code 48 hours before check-in.

GUEST ACCESS:

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of Kitchen essentials including spices, olive oil, vinegar and more. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes.

✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested.

✹ BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too!

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, a high chair, a baby monitor, and more. See the amenities page for more details.

THE SPACE

Welcome to your new favorite vacation home! This spacious and inviting two-story house is the ideal spot for an unforgettable family vacation. Just seconds from the sand, you'll find plenty of room for both adventure and relaxation.

THE LAYOUT:
This wonderful home features air conditioning and heating in each room via mini splits. You'll have a garage that can accommodate one car, along with a spacious driveway that can hold two to three cars. Step into the secure patio where you'll discover a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, along with a wagon filled with beach gear, including boogie boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella.

On the ground floor, there's a family room and an adjacent kid's bedroom with a walk-in closet. You'll also find a convenient laundry room here. In the family room, there's a sofa-sleeper and a smart TV for your entertainment.

The second floor is home to an open-concept living and dining area with a balcony boasting a partial ocean view, the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine as you soak in the serene atmosphere. The newly remodeled kitchen features modern appliances and is spacious and open, making meal preparation a breeze. Down the hallway, you'll discover two bedrooms and a powder room. One of the bedrooms is a king bedroom with a closet and another partial ocean view. The other bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a closet, and right outside this bedroom is a full bathroom.

The house also includes a two-car garage, with space for two more cars in the driveway. And the best part? It's just steps away from the sandy shores, with a wagon and beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards all provided in the garage. Whether you want to bring the whole extended family or enjoy a getaway with another family, this home has something for everyone. With two king bedrooms and plenty of space for the kids, it's the perfect summer house for all your family vacation needs.

Please note that there is a school across the street, so during school recess throughout the year, you might hear the joyful sounds of kids playing. It's a family-friendly community and very dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along, just remember to keep them leashed and use the provided waste pickup bags.
