The ground floor has a family room and adjacent kind bedroom with walk-in closet. Also a laundry room. In the family room is a sofa-sleeper and smart TV.

The second floor houses an open-concept living and dining room with a balcony with a partial ocean view and the perfect place to end your day with a glass of wine. The kitchen is newly remodeled with new appliances, large and open. The two bedrooms are down a hallway past a powder room. One is a king bedroom with closet, again with a partial ocean view. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a closet. Outside that bedroom is a full bathroom.

The house also includes a garage, with room for 2-3 more cars in the driveway. It also holds a wagon and beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards all provided in the garage. Whether you want to bring the whole extended family or two families together, this home has something for everyone. With two king bedrooms and plenty of room for the kids, it's the perfect summer house for all your family vacation needs.

Each bedroom and family room has its own mini-split air conditioner\/heater. There is a school across the street so during recess during the school year, you will likely hear kids playing. It is a family community and very dog-friendly, just keep him or her leashed and use the provided waste pickup bags.
