This two-story house has convenient central air conditioning and heat. The attached garage can hold one car and the driveway can accommodate one more. The upper deck patio is hosts a BBQ and outdoor dining. And there is a small fenced back patio. In the garage you will also find a wagon full of beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella.

The ground floor has a Queen bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, smart TV and closet.

The ground floor, has an open-concept living and dining room, The living room couch makes into a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is galley-style with a spice rack, Keurig and pods, knife block, and more.

The second floor has a King bedroom with walk-in closet, a smart TV and an ensuite with a full bathroom. There is a sliding door to the deck.

In the garage, you will find a wagon and beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards all provided in the garage.
