"Welcome to your new favorite vacation home. This spacious and inviting home is the ideal spot for a fun-filled family vacation. Just seconds from the sand, there is plenty of room to enjoy adventure as well as relaxation time.

This three-story house has convenient air conditioning and heat by mini splits in each room. The attached garage can hold one car and the large driveway can accommodate two cars. The patio is fenced and secure and hosts a BBQ and outdoor dining. A wagon full of beach gear is in the garage.

The ground floor has a King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, smart TV and closet. It also has a sliding door to the rear patio.

The second or main floor, has an open-concept living and dining room with a balcony with a great ocean view and the perfect place to end your day with a glass of wine. The living room makes into a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is galley-style with a spice rack, Keurig and pods, knife block, and more.
The second floor also has a king bedroom with 3 closets a smart TV and an ensuite with a full bathroom.
The third floor has an office with space to work that is quiet and away. Overlooking the office is a loft with a queen bed, closet and smart TV.

In the garage you will find a wagon and beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards all provided in the garage. Whether you want to bring the whole extended family or two families together, this home has something for everyone. With two king bedrooms and plenty of room for the kids, it's the perfect summer house for all your family vacation needs.
