✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of Kitchen essentials including spices, olive oil, vinegar and more. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes.

✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested.

✹ BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too!

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, a high chair, a baby monitor, and more. See the amenities page for more details.

BEDROOM 1: has a King bed with Hybrid mattress, 1 lamo with USB charger, and a large closet wtih sliding doors plus a 39" TV. You will also enjoy a unique dressing area that leads to a large ensuite bathroom as well as sliding doors that lead to the back patio.The Ensuite Bathroom has a Claw-foot style bathtub and a walk-in separate shower. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided. There is also a hair dryer in the dressing area.

BEDROOM 2: King bed with Hybrid mattress (inner spring and memory foam) It also has two lamps with USB chargers, a dresser, and closet, and a 49" Smart TV

BEDROOM 3: Two twin-size beds, a large closet and a 49" Smart TV. It also has a sliding door to the rear patio.

The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a classic pedestal tub and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom, conveniently located, boasts a tiled walk-in shower and built-in storage for your belongings. Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel-quality towels and bathroom basics for your comfort including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Our open-concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining: The fully furnished kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making meal prep a breeze.
