We are a local family owned business. We take pride in our home and want you to look foward to coming back again in the future. We give you your privacy but are always a text away.

You will receive a message as soon as you book that will ask you to confirm your information and sign a Rental Agreement. From that point on, you will receive guest information by email so please check your spam if you have not received a Welcome message. You should receive a link to your Digital Guidebook within 48 hours, which has check-in information and food and activity recommendations. You will receive your entry code 48 hours before check-in.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of Kitchen essentials including spices, olive oil, vinegar and more. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes.

✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested.

BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too!

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, a high chair, a baby monitor, and more. See the amenities page for more details.

The Queen bedroom offers a closet, dresser, and a sliding door leading to the back patio.
The Twin bedroom boasts two comfortable twin beds and a closet for your belongings.

Bathrooms:
The main bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway, features a full shower/tub combination.
The second bathroom is an ensuite within the King bedroom, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Kitchen/Dining:
The open-concept design presents you with a fully equipped kitchen showcasing stainless appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials you need for your culinary adventures.
The spacious dining area comfortably seats eight and is seamlessly integrated into the kitchen space, promoting social interactions during mealtime.

Living Room:
The living room, adjacent to the Kitchen/Dining area, features a cozy sofa sleeper, several lamps on end tables, a love seat, and an ottoman.
Atop an electric fireplace, you'll find a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Front Entrance:
Enter through a charming lattice gate into an enclosed front patio, where an outdoor dining table and umbrella await, providing seating for four.

Parking:
The garage can comfortably accommodate one regular-sized car and also houses the washer and dryer, as well as a convenient wagon stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella.
Additional parking is available in the driveway for a second car. There's also a designated space directly in front of the house, marked with a No Parking sign, allowing you to park snugly by the house without any worries.
