Relax with the family or sign up for a fantastic tour or adventure while staying at this Pierpont Beach House. Light and airy with plenty of amenities, you are 30 minutes from Malibu and 40 minutes from Santa Barbara. Closer still to Ojai. Bring your well-behaved dog and enjoy the beach, which is steps away, or San Buenaventura State Park, just two blocks walk!

☆BEDROOMS☆

LOWER LEVEL:
There is a queen-sized bedroom on the lower level. It is large, with a double mirrored closet, a seating area, and double doors that lead to the laundry room. It also has a full ensuite bathroom. A large shuttered window makes it very bright and fresh. Very accessible for physically challenged individuals.

There is also a double-twin-sized bedroom on this main level, mirrored closet doors, a shuttered window, and double doors to enter.

UPPER LEVEL:
There is a king-sized bedroom on the upper level of the house. It is substantial, with a walk-in closet, a full-sized ensuite, and a walk-in shower.
It has a large smart TV and sliding doors that lead onto a large deck.

☆LIVING ROOM/DINING/KITCHEN☆

The lower level is open-concept and cozy. The living room has a sectional with an accent chair that faces the kitchen with a bar area and bar stools. Toward the front of the house is a large eight-person dining table. It is next to a shuttered window that can be opened to stream the sunshine in.

☆OUTSIDE AREA☆

FRONT YARD: One of the beautiful, unique things about this house is its green lawn and rose garden. It is surrounded by a white fence and has various shrubs and trees. We allow dogs, and we ask that you do not allow your dog to use the grass as a bathroom. We know it’s tempting, but it kills the grass, as you know. We provide baggies, and the walk to the beach is a great way to encourage your furbaby not to use the grass. 😉

BACK YARD: Not a backyard but an area your dog can use; the trash cans are located and make your way to the front of the house. The door is screened, so it is also a great way to let fresh air in and not have to leave the front door open.

DECK: The upper deck has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and gets plenty of ocean breeze. You’ll want to spend downtime on the deck reading, playing games, or having great conversations!

NEIGHBORHOOD
This quaint beach town is at the end of the community, just a block from the most beautiful walking park – San Buenaventura Park. On the other end of the street are dunes that lead to the Pacific Ocean. The perfect setting for this beautiful white house with black shutters and a raging rose garden, complete with lawn. Just a wonderful place to stay. Walk a few blocks, and you are in the town of Pierpont with coffee shops, a sports bar with a surprisingly delicious menu, and other local eateries. You’re close to Ventura and all it has to offer, as well as the harbor, so rent a kayak, go on a fishing day trip or maybe kayak the caves of Anacapa. You’ll never be at a loss for things to do, including relaxing!

PARKING
There is a one-car garage with remote and space for a single car on the adjacent driveway.

BABY-FREINDLY
If you have an infant, please request a crib, high-chair ahead of time so we can make sure it is available and in the house for you!

PET-FRIENDLY – NO PET FEE
We allow well-behaved pet and ask that they have been groomed and on a flea program. We provide a pet station with a couch blanket, water and food dish, waste bags and take-home leash. The community is very pet-friendly but requires a leash and that waste is picked up in the neighborhood and on our property – thank you! Reg #2420
