Escape to the beach for an unforgettable family vacation! You will have Kayak, Paddle Board, and Jet Ski rentals, a 10 minute drive just across the bridge. You also have boat tours of Anacapa Island, Electric Boat rentals and Day Fishing trips, minutes away at the Channel Islands Marina. Anacapa also has amazing hiking trips – you can even kayak through the Painted Caves! So much to do here in between relaxing on uncrowded beaches! Plus Malibu and Santa Barbara are less than 60 minutes away. Your new favorite family vacation spot!

Our super spacious four-bedroom beach house in Silver Strand is two-story with 2 king bedrooms on the ground floor – plus a sofa sleeper in the ground floor living room and full bathroom. A King bedroom and bedroom with two-twins are located on the second floor. The living space consists of a large fully loaded kitchen that includes a spice rack, and knife block, and a the upper living room with sectional couch and electric recliner on which to watch your favorite Netflix, The dining area has a glass table with 8 chairs, perfect for the gourmet family meal or to play board games on after dinner. Need a hi-chair? Let us know! When you’re finished with dinner, relax in the living room, which has a gas log fireplace or go up to the roof deck, that has outdoor lounge furniture and a fire pit. On nights that you want to forego the kitchen, we have a gas grill on the back patio on the ground floor level – and a table and chairs for eight people.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Cool, casual beach vibe and very walkable, plus people and dog-friendly! Silver Strand is very relaxed with several local restaurants and cafes near the entrance on Victoria. Treasures is the local bobble shop. If you want to experience watercraft, just drive over the bridge. You can experience the thrill of jet skiing, the serenity of island kayak tours, and the excitement of deep sea fishing, all available locally within a 10 minute drive over the harbor bridge. Feel like a beach day? We include a wagon full of beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. And don’t forget we are dog-friendly! We have pet essentials too – and even a recommended dog-sitter if you have an event planed away from the house.

With three lavish king-sized bedrooms, each elegantly appointed with a mirrored closet and dresser, and an additional bedroom featuring two cozy twin beds, this property has ample space for everyone in your group. The two full bathrooms and one powder room provide convenience and comfort, while the gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to your stay.

Our rental is fully furnished, including linens, kitchen essentials and added amenities so you can simply relax and enjoy your stay.

GROUND FLOOR:
BEDROOMS: Two king-sized bedrooms, each with a mirrored closet and dresser. 70″ window with blinds. Linens are provided.
BATHROOM: The bathroom is a combo shower/tub and off the hallway leading into the family room. Essentials such as shampoo/conditioner and body gel are provided. Towels provided.
FAMILY ROOM: The family room is also on the ground level. 50″ Smart TV and sofa sleeper with upgraded mattress. A coffee bar with Keurig, pods, and bar sink.

SECOND FLOOR:
DINING ROOM: A table that seats 8 is in the corner with two large windows and near the fireplace.
POWDER ROOM: A small powder room with a toilet and sink for guests.
LIVING ROOM: A large living room with a sectional next to a gas fireplace. An electric recliner and 50″ smart TV too.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has modern stainless appliances including a microwave, Keurig, and dishwasher. A desk is in the corner.
BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms are on this floor. One is a king-size bedroom with smart TV and a closet. The second has two twin beds with a closet.
BATHROOM: Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

ROOF DECK:
Next to the dining table is a door that leads to the balcony that stretches the front of the house. There is a stairway that leads up to a roof deck. There you will find an umbrella and lounge furniture plus a fire pit!

BABY-FREINDLY
If you have an infant, please request a crib, PacknPlay, or hi-chair ahead of time so we can make sure it is available and in the house for you!

PET-FRIENDLY – NO PET FEE
We allow well-behaved pet and ask that they have been groomed and on a flea program. We provide a pet station with a couch blanket, water and food dish, waste bags and take-home leash. The community is very pet-friendly but requires a leash and that waste is picked up in the neighborhood and on our property – thank you!
