☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Sleep will come easy in the quiet bedrooms. The bedrooms are similar in size and style, complete with high-end Queen size beds with medium-firm hybrid mattresses, hotel-style linens, locally inspired artwork, and calming color schemes to help you relax. One bedroom has a view of the back garden, while the other looks right over the harbor; both have sliding doors to the outside. One with an en-suite bathroom. Each room has lamps with charging stations. Full-sized closets and chest of drawers. *Both bedrooms have two steps from the hallway to the bedrooms.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The main bathroom is located just off the living area with a shower/tub combination and modern sliding glass doors. Plush towels and and a double sink as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are always included!

The ensuite bathroom is located within the garden-view bedroom suite. It too has modern sliding glass doors, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. A modern super cool glass sink adds some style!

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING☆☆
This harbor view villa is within walking distance of many local bars and restaurants, but on the nights you want to stay in and cook at home, this kitchen has everything you need. The well-stocked kitchen features custom wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and an elevated breakfast bar with bistro-style seating.

You’ll find a coffee station equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and pods, toaster, blender, and drawers full of utensils and cookware, you will feel right at home. Also, essentials like olive oil, vinegar, and a spice rack, too so bring your groceries! A mobile island gives you extra space and drawers.

Full sized stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, range with gas burners, a small dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven.

The dining area is between the kitchen and the living room. A wood table easily seats six.

☆☆LIVING ROOM ☆☆
Subtle beach decor adds fun and flair to the lounge area and helps keep you in “vacation mode.” You’ll find a comfortable leather sofa sleeper, loveseat, an armchair, a simple coffee table in the middle, modern desk space in one corner, and a flat-screen TV on the wall. An electric fireplace adds ambiance in the summer and heat in the winter! Doors lead from the living room to the sunny patio, allowing plenty of sunlight to fill the room during the day plus you have a full view of the Harbor!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

FRONT PATIO
If you’re looking for a home with a view, this is it! The outside space makes this blissful home stand out from the rest. Open up the doors from the living room and step out onto your private patio that overlooks the harbor. Enjoy lunch under the shady umbrella and watch the boats glide in and out of the channel. A glass of wine at sunset with this beautiful view is the best way to end the day plus the fire pit will add the perfect ambiance to your after-dinner relaxation.

REAR PATIO
Fire up the BBQ for a family lunch or dinner outside, or eat leftovers from the restaurant down the street in the sun. The gazebo is a shady outdoor hangout spot that has been added outside the garden bedroom. Take the perfect nap on the futon next to the mint plants – heaven!

The back patio is securely fenced with various seasonal herbs in the garden.

☆☆MORE STUFF TO LOVE☆☆
The house has central air conditioning and heating, an electric fireplace, games, romance novels, and children’s books. Beach towels in the closet, super-fast Spectrum wifi, and streaming Smart TVs in every room. A wagon full of beach chairs and an umbrella make getting to the beach an easy trip.

We have two KAYAKS and life vests for your use. Put them in their caddie wheels and launch just across the street at Hobie Beach!

☆☆DOGS WELCOME!☆☆
We know you love to travel with your fur babies! We are happy to host them with NO ADDITIONAL FEE. We do ask that you bring them groomed and on a flea program. Also, please be good pet parents and clean up after their waste and excess hair. We have a basket of older towels, couch blanket, waste bags, pet bowels and a take home leash. 🙂

NEIGHBORHOOD:
The beach is relatively quiet on weekdays but gets a fun crowd on weekends at the north end of the beach. Plenty of good waves for surfers with various breaks fit for any skill level. If you want to leave the neighborhood, Cafe Zack is a short drive and great for dinner, and Cafe Nouveau is a must for brunch.

So many things to do! You can rent a fishing boat or go whale watching close by. You are within blocks of the Bay shops and restaurants. In addition, Buena Ventura Golf Club is just minutes up the road. Don’t miss the massive farmers market on the weekend too! This will become your favorite getaway gem!

Silver Strand is the last hidden gem of a California beach. Nestled between Malibu and Santa Barbara, it has that super-local feel. You can watch sailboats and little electric boats traverse the harbor from the Boardwalk. Across the way, rent a jet ski or paddle boat, or go deep-sea fishing. The whale-watching tour happens between December and May. It will become your favorite place to escape the daily grind of life.
