A kayaks in the garage with wheels so you can launch it across the street at Hobie Beach. You also have a washer and dryer. And of course, we are dog-friendly too!

The living room is open-concept and has a sectional with two accent chairs and a coffee table. There is a gas fireplace and a dining area. A 50″ smart TV is mounted on the wall.

DINING AREA
There is a table with seating for 6 as well as bar seating.

ROOF DECK
The crowning glory is the roof deck with 360 views of the ocean Silver Strand, and the harbor. Outdoor dining and a gas fire pit make it the perfect place to hang out.

GARAGE
A two car garage with driveway parking as well. A washer and dryer are located in the garage as well as the kayak.

Silver Strand is a cool beachy community in the middle of the Channel Islands Marina. Lots to do within a short walk or drive: paddleboard, jet ski, tour Anacapa island, or go whale watching. It also has easy access to the Ventura 101 freeway, so day trips to Santa Barbara or Los Angeles are easy. High-speed Spectrum internet makes it a fantastic place to set up your office.

The beach is a 3/4 mile-long stretch of paradise, perfect for a peaceful walk or a fun-filled day with friends. The waves are great for surfers of all skill levels, and the north end of the beach is the perfect spot to catch the weekend crowd. But that’s not all; Silverstrand offers a wide variety of activities like fishing and whale watching or a round of golf at the nearby Buena Ventura Golf Club.

If you’re looking for a bite to eat, Cafe Zack and Cafe Nouveau are must-visit spots for dinner and brunch. And take advantage of the massive farmers market on weekends, offering abundant fresh local produce.
