BEDROOMS:
The top floor has two bedrooms with ocean views all around. Plus, each bedroom has balconies, and one has a deck.  Both have walk-in closets and full ensuite bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. one bedroom is a king, and one is a queen. Both are comfy and bright!

The main floor had two bedrooms, one queen and one with two twins. They share a common bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The queen bedroom has a walk-in closet and incredible views with a door to a balcony. The twin bedroom has a window to the garden patio and a closet. 

MAIN LIVING ROOM

The living room is made of pink marble with a match-light gas fireplace. It has windows and a balcony that stretches around the entire room. Comfy leather furniture.  A long dining table for 8 is also in the living room – close enough to the kitchen, and it takes advantage of the incredible views!

UPPER LIVING ROOM
The upstairs living room has a sectional with an espresso bamboo floor and a 50″ Smart TV.  There are also places for conversations. A spacious office with a desk, chair, and printer is available for your workations. 

KITCHEN:
The kitchen has a refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door. It has a 36′ Haier range microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods. Plenty of pots and pans and other essentials are in the cabinets. China and silverware. Please use the leather placemats so the tables don’t get rings on them! 

GARAGE:
Check out our new ping pong table! More games will be added soon!
A washer/dryer is there for your use, and an additional refrigerator.

BABY-FREINDLY
If you have an infant, please request a crib, high-chair ahead of time so we can make sure it is available and in the house for you!

PET-FRIENDLY – NO PET FEE
We allow well-behaved pet and ask that they have been groomed and on a flea program. We provide a pet station with a couch blanket, water and food dish, waste bags and take-home leash. The community is very pet-friendly but requires a leash and that waste is picked up in the neighborhood and on our property – thank you!

West Malibu is a bit different from the city of Malibu. More laid-back and rural, you can enjoy the local life with restaurants, hiking, and beach time. 

Hiking Boney Mountain or the Back Bone Trail can all start here! We will provide you with a map of Serrano Valley and point you to the trailhead.

Cyclist? Add some Strava points to your tally by completing the Deer Creek Ride. Keep your bikes in the secure garage and have your hub. on the hill.
