BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an Ashley-Chime mattress. Two nightstands with lamps and USB plugs in the padded headboard. A 6-drawer dresser and two separate sliding door closets make for ample storage. You have a window with blinds. There is additional sleeping on the located in the living room. Sheets blankets and pillows are located in the second closet. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room but the wall provides privacy.

LIVING ROOM
The living/dining area is a sofa with a side table and lamp and a ceiling fan. There is a 43″ Smart TV on the wall and a drop-leaf dining table that can fit 4. You have 2 dining chairs and two folding chairs in the closet.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is galley-style with a full-sized refrigerator 18″ 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave and toaster, and coffee maker You are fully stocked with china, wine glasses, mixing bowls, etc. You also have a spice rack and knife block.

PARKING:
Parking is a premium in this area, and this narrow street is no exception. The carport services all four apartments in this building. You have a designated space on the far left, under the 1132 sign. If you expect guests, please contact the host ahead of time for parking arrangements.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This quaint and quiet beach town is just a few blocks from the heart, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, taco joints, and yogurt shops. You are only a 5-minute drive to the more significant bustling shopping center of Ventura Harbor to rent jet skis or kayak…or go further north, and meander around San Buenaventura State Park.
